Can I change the address in an order?

We can help you edit your address as long as your order has not been processed. If your order has been processed, the order cannot be changed without causing delay. Please contact our customer support by email wandelaar.adventures@gmail.com as soon as possible to solve the issue. 

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide with tracking number in your delivery confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at wandelaar.adventures@gmail.com.

When contacting us, please provide Your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

How long do I have to wait for my refund?

Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation that it meets the return conditions, we will process a refund. Refunds typically take 3-7 workdays to process.

You can return items to us under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

  • The product should be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.

  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

How long after purchase can I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of the original order date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, not personalized, and in its original packaging.

How safe is it to pay with credit card in your shop?

It is safe to pay with a credit card in our shop, because all payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of certification for payment processors. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a set of security standards established by major card brands like Visa and Mastercard.

What is your estimated delivery time?

It depends on the country and shipping address, but most orders are delivered within 2-8 workdays.
